🇧🇪 Aerial Yoga and Aerial Yin Yoga Teacher Training Program
Aerial yoga combines the postures and benefits of yoga with those of the aerial silk and hammock. Despite its acrobatic appearance, it makes the practice of yoga easy and fun. It is practiced in a suspended sling and in a spirit of letting go.
Aerial yoga solicits the whole body in a gentle and targeted way. The sling offers perfect support. It allows you to chain postures that practiced on the ground would need too much effort.
You will be free to make all movements while:
- toning your body
- working your strength and balance
- promoting relaxation
Yin yoga is a slow yoga style that focuses on the joints. During class, we take postures using a sling and we maintain these postures for two to five minutes.
Aerial Yin Yoga improves our well-being by awakening the natural mechanisms of our body. In this way, we can improve the circulation in the joints and increase their flexibility. By relaxing the muscles, we eliminate the tensions accumulated over months and years.
